UP Schools Reopen 2021: Classes from 1st to 8th will start from July 1, Rules will have to be followed. The Uttar Pradesh government has announced its decision to reopen the schools for classes 1 to 8 from July 1. However, schools will be opened only for teachers and students will not be allowed to attend schools. No decision has been taken yet for the students of classes 9 to 12. This order is only for the schools affiliated to the government schools of the UP Board. For CBSE and CISCE affiliated schools in the state, the decision is to be taken by the school management authority. While no student is allowed for these schools also, the decision to call teachers and administrative staff to the school premises from July 1 rests with the SMC.
- Along with this, schools will also work on the operation of e-pathshala under Mission Prerna. Under this scheme, online classes will be provided to the students of class 1 to 8. There is no update for classes 9 to 12. While many are assuming that with UPBEB schools reopening, it is possible that secondary and higher secondary schools will also be allowed to reopen from July 1.
- The order issued by Partap Singh Baghel, Secretary, Basic Education Council, has been sent to the Divisional Assistant Directors of Education and Basic Education Officers across the state. Whereas online classes had been resumed for the students last month. Teachers have been asked to conduct online classes from the schools itself. Apart from this, the Basic Education Council has decided to deposit the approved amount for mid-day meal directly into the account of students or their parents. Let us tell you that this order issued by the state government is only for the schools affiliated to the government schools of the UP Board.
