• Define the scope, objectives and measures of success. Ensure timely delivery of the programme, and adjust scope and timeline to make the programme most relevant.
• Coordinate with Country Offices and Regional Office colleagues to advance the Leadership Programme.
• Engage with Individual Giving and High Value channel owners to identify opportunities to create insight studies and allow for more targeted outreach by fundraisers.
• Identify opportunities to make the Leadership Programme visible and communicate its success internally, capturing lessons learned and developing ways to share knowledge widely, both internally and externally.
• Use learning from the modules to identify the most effective ways to engage with colleagues across UNICEF divisions, making South Asia the region of choice for emergency-response giving.
