Ujjivan Bank Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

The applicants must have 8 to 12 years of work experience in relevant filed.

Senior Branch Head:

• Existing BM with minimum 2-3 years of experience as BM.
• Should be hired within the immediate vicinity of the Branch or should have a knowledge of the market and the branch catchment.
• Ideally, we should look at hiring from commercial banks such as HDFC, Yes, IDFC & Kotak or from SFB’s such as AU & Equitas.
• Should have an overall experience of 8 to 12 years.
• Should be managing a deposit book of 75 to 300crs.
• Should be managing a team of 7 to 15 staffs.
• Should be rated FEE/EE in 2 out of the 3 previous years.
• Should have excellent service orientation, leadership track record and relationship management skills.

Branch Head:

• Existing BM with minimum 1-2 years of experience as BM.
• Should be hired within the immediate vicinity of the Branch or should have a knowledge of the market and the branch catchment.
• Ideally, we should look at hiring from commercial banks such as HDFC, Yes, IDFC & Kotak or from SFB’s such as AU & Equitas.
• Should have an overall experience of 7 to 12 years.
• Should be managing a deposit book of 25 to 75crs.
• Should be managing a team of 5 to 8 staffs.
• Should be rated FEE/EE in 2 out of 3 previous years.
• Should have excellent service orientation, leadership track record and relationship management skills.
