UIDAI NISG Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA with Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience, Minimum 5 years of Project Management and 5-6 years of experience in implementing CRM and related applications in reputed organizations. Preferably Open Source based CRM or MS Dynamics CRM.
Desirable (Added Advantage):
- 3-5 years of experience in “Avaya Communication Systems”
- Experience in e-Governance projects including understanding of various government processes / RFPs / Contract and Vendor Management.
- Experience in managing complex relationships (Customer, Partners and Vendors) and Large / Diverse teams.

- Responsible for overall CRM Program Management (Business Consulting, IT, Operations, RFP, Contracts, Roadmap Definition and Business Policies) of UIDAI to effectively address Resident’s Queries / Grievances.
- Responsible for division’s RFP Process including preparation, bid evaluation, formulation of SLA methodologies, vendor on-boarding, invoicing, refresher trainings, and supervision of day to day operations monitoring and issues coordination’s / resolution.
