UIDAI Eligibility Criteria 2021:
Candidates must have completed B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA and MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, MCA in Any Specialization, and M.Tech in Any Specialization from reputed colleges or universities.
UIDAI Mandatory Qualification:
Candidates shall have Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience and Minimum 5 years of Project Management with 5-6 years of experience in implementing CRM and related applications in reputed organizations. Preferably Open Source based CRM or MS Dynamics CRM.
Desirable (Added Advantage):
- 3-5 years of experience in “Avaya Communication Systems”
- Experience in e-Governance projects including understanding of various government processes / RFPs / Contract and Vendor Management.
- Experience in managing complex relationships (Customer, Partners and Vendors) and Large / Diverse teams.

UIDAI Job Profile:
- Responsible for overall CRM Program Management (Business Consulting, IT, Operations, RFP, Contracts, Roadmap Definition and Business Policies) of UIDAI to effectively address Resident’s Queries / Grievances.
- Managing complex CRM, digital and technology implementations for UIDAI including implementation, Upgrade and AMS of CRM Application and other important contact center infrastructure like Avaya, IVRS, call management system, web portals, TFN, MPLS etc.
