Job Description:
The description for the role of Territory Service Manager is helping the dealers to grow their service business Accountable to improve customer satisfaction in assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Drive dealer business growth & profitability
- Improve service market share of dealers by increasing free service redemption and overall service inflow
- To improve service productivity in the workshop
- Improve CSI Score
- Obtain feedback from customers at regular intervals and use the same for improving adherence to service standards at the dealership.
- Conduct service process audit of relevant standards based on customer feedback every month
- Support the dealer to resolve difficult customer complaints & provide troubleshooting guide to the service team
- Product Quality
- Give feedback regularly to HO to improve product quality
