Job Description

Assistant Brand Manager

1. Design and implement ATL (TV, radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) and digital media campaigns
2. Liaison with and manage the creative and media agencies.
3. Demand Estimation and Market Research Consumer as well as Marketing.
4. Establish and maintain brand collaborations and partnerships.
5. Track brand health measures and monitor changes around awareness, consideration, preference and imagery.
6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments including product, sales and operations.

• Product Strategy: You will define roadmap and long-term strategy for multiple TVSM products.
• Process Management: You will also help in creation and management of cross-functional processes to translate the desired customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product releases.
• You will be responsible for buy-in for the product roadmap with internal stakeholders.
• Requirements Definition: You will be responsible for creation of high quality product BRDs.
• You will also effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time, keeping requirements from multiple stakeholders in mind.
