Territory Sales Manager

The person in this position acts as bridge between the Company and the Dealers. He helps the dealers to grow their business. He also implements company standards and policies at the dealerships and provides market information and dealer’s feedback to the Company.

Responsibilities

Connect with the customer: Implement CRM through post sale customer meets, referrals,  Understanding customer insight

Generate demad: Plan manpower for Demand generation , RF and RMP activities, Train manpower on regular basis, Plan various DG activities and implement effectively, Explore SHG and otherways of DG, Maintain resale value at par or better than market leader

Enable finance: Prospect & activate local Tie-ups with Banks/NDFC/ Private financiers, Implement effective recovery management process (RMP)

Section Head

Delivers best in class Customer Experiences by driving high levels of competence and engagement among own and dealer personnel, towards championing progress through mobility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Deploy the training requirement to Regional trainers to provide necessary training to AMD / AD staffs
• Ensure the Training activities / programs planned are achieved by the trainers
• Expand the availability / coverage of proficient trained technicians, Service advisors and Works Manager for handling critical grievances raised by the customers
• Accrediting the Dealer personal for their enhanced skill level after Training and evaluation
• To Equip Service Advisor / Works Managers with multiple skillset (Technical, Systems and Soft Skill) which is necessary for handling and fulfilling the expectations of customer in current scenario
