TSPSC Half Yearly Examination 2020 Postponed. The Half Yearly Examinations and Language Tests for Officers of the All India Services and State Services (for those who are already in Service), Proficiency Test in Telugu for All India Service Officers working in Telangana State and Incentive Award Test in Telugu for All India Service Officers working in States other than Telangana State will be held from 27/03/2020 to 30/03/2020. The Last date for receipt of Applications is 16/03/2020.

Applications should be submitted in advance through the Heads of the Offices or Departments / Collectors under whom A.I.S Probationers are working so as to reach the Commission’s Office by the last date. The Application Forms may be downloaded from the Commission’s Website www.tspsc.gov.in and filled-in applications should be reached by the last date. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained.

TSPSC Half Yearly Examination 2020 Postponement Details

It is hereby informed that TSPSC has reviewed the situation keeping in view the incidence of CORONA VIRUS and decided that in view of safety and to avoid travel by candidates, the Half Yearly Examinations and Language Tests for Officers of the All India Services and State Services scheduled to be held from 27/03/2020 to 30/03/2020 are POSTPONED. Revised Schedule will be announced later.

General Instruction

The examination will be held at Office of the Telangana State Public Service Commission, Prathibha Bhvan, M.J. Road, Nampally, Hyderabad.
Candidates are required to bring their Hall tickets daily failing, which they will not be allowed to sit for the Examination.
Candidates should present themselves for the Examination in accordance with the timetable. Candidates who come Ten minutes after the scheduled time will not be allowed to take the examination.
No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall until half of the prescribed time is over.
Candidates are requested to mention only the Register Number allotted to them in the space provided for on the front page of the Main Answer Book. Failure to follow this instruction will entail their Answer Books being invalidated by the Commission.
CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE BOOKS, WHICH ARE PERMITTED TO USE ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS, GUIDES, DIGESTS OR SUMMARIES AND BOOKS CONTAINING COMMENTARIES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE EXAMINATION HALL.
The question number only should be noted in the margin of the Main and Additional Answer Books.
Candidates are requested to answer only the required number of questions. If more are answered, the last extra answers will be ignored. Additional Answer Books may be taken after signing on the Additional Answer Books signature statement.
Usage of Mobile Phones will be strictly prohibited during the examination.
Silence and strict discipline should be observed in the Examination Hall. Smoking or mischievous are strictly prohibited.
Any candidate who do not behave properly towards the Chief and Assistant Chief Superintendents and Invigilators of the examination or is found to have had recourse to malpractice of any kind will have his examination invalidated. Such a candidate is liable to be debarred from appearing again for the examination permanently or for such terms of years of the Commission may think fit. The same penalty will be imposed on any candidate who personally or by letter attempts to canvass or bring influence to bear on an examiner or a Member of the Commission or its staff in connection with the examination or on which behalf such attempt is made by relative, friend, patron official or other person. The finding of the Commission as to the guilt of the candidate shall be final.
