TSPSC FSO & Assistant Registrar Answer Key Response Sheet 2020 was Released. The Telangana Public Service Commission has released the Notification of 4 Vacancies for pay scale Rs. 37,100/- to Rs.91,450/-  of  Assistant Registrar & 36 Vacancies for Pay Scale Rs.28,940/- to Rs. 78,910/- of Food Safety Officer Posts.  The TSPSC was conducted the Exam was held on 23rd February 2020 . Selection Process in TSPSC FSO & Assistant Registrar:

Assistant Registrar:

THE FINAL SELECTION OF THE POST WILL BE BASED ON MARKS SECURED IN THE MAIN EXAMINATION EITHER ONLINE OR OMR BASED AND INTERVIEW / PERSONALITY ASSESMENT TEST MARKS PUT TOGETHER.

  1. The applicants will be subjected to a “Preliminary (Screening Test)” of Objective Type for the purpose of short listing the number of candidates to be admitted to the main examination (Conventional Type) and the marks secured by the candidates in the preliminary (Screening Test) will not be counted for the purpose of final selection as preliminary examination is only a qualifying examination.
  2. The minimum qualifying marks in General English paper are not relaxable.
  3. The candidates will be picked up for the main examination based on their performance in preliminary examinations in the ratio of 1:15 in their respective categories duly following the Rule of reservation

. 4. All the papers except English Language to be answered in English or Telugu or Urdu as chosen by the candidates. However, a candidate will not be permitted to write Main Examination papers in other than the language already chosen by the candidates and also a candidate is not permitted to write part of the paper in English and part of it in Telugu or Urdu.

  1. The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts will be made in two successive stages viz., 1) Written Examination (Conventional Type) and 2). Interview (Personality Assessment Test).
  2. Those candidates who qualify in the Main Examination (Conventional Type) in order of merit will be called for in 1:2 ratio for verification of Certificates and Interview/ Personality assessment test. Community and Category wise for the vacancies available. The minimum qualifying marks for Selection are OCs 40%, BCs 35% SCs, STs and PHs 30%. The minimum qualifying marks are relaxable in the case of SC/ST/BC/PH at the discretion of the Commission.
  3. The selection to the post will be based on marks secured in the main examination and Interview/Personality Assessment test marks put together.
  4. The candidates will be selected on State wide merit as per their rank in the merit list for allotment of candidates against vacancies and for the vacancies available. N.B.: Mere securing minimum qualifying marks does not vest any right in a candidate for being considered for Interview/Selection.
  5. Those candidates who called for verification of certificates shall exercise web – option prior to verification of certificates, failing which his/her candidature is liable for rejection for further selection process.
  6. The appearance in all the papers at the Written Examination as per rules is compulsory. Absence in any of the paper/papers will automatically render his candidature as disqualified.
  7. Candidates have to produce Original documents and other particulars on the day of verification itself. If candidate fails to produce any of the required certificates and if the particulars furnished by him / her in the Application do not tally with the Original documents produced by him / her, then his / her candidature will be rejected/disqualified without any further correspondence. As candidature for the recruitment is processed through Computer/Electronic devices based on the particulars furnished in the Application Form, the candidate is advised to fill in all the relevant particulars carefully.
  8. The preference opted by candidates in respect of posts, in the application form are only indicative for being considered to the extent possible but not binding or limiting the Commission’s powers conferred under Article 315 and 320 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the Commission has the power to assign a successful candidate to any of the notified posts for which he/she is qualified and eligible, subject to fulfilling the selection criterion.
  9. The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the appropriate Medical Examination, and if he/she is of sound health, active habits free from any bodily defect or infirmity.

Food Safety Officer (FSO):

THE SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE POSTS WILL BE MADE BY EXAMINATION (OBJECTIVE TYPE) BY ONLINE / OMR BASED.

THE FINAL SELECTION OF THESE POSTS WILL BE BASED ON MARKS SECURED IN THE EXAMINATION EITHER ONLINE OR OMR BASED.

  1. Those candidates who qualify in the Examination in order of merit will be called for verification of Certificates, Community and Category wise for the vacancies available as required. TSPSC FSO & Assistant Registrar Marks Details:

FSO:

MEMORANDUM OF MARKS: – Memorandum of Marks can be downloaded on payment of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) through Online Payment in favour of the Secretary, T.S. Public Service Commission, Hyderabad. Candidates will be allowed to download the marks obtained by them in the selection after one month from the date of declaration of final selection list in TSPSC website. This download of marks will be allowed only for a period of one month. Request for revaluation or recounting will not be undertaken under any circumstances. Invalid, disqualified, ineligible candidates will not be issued any Memorandum of Marks and fees paid by such candidates, if any, will be forfeited to Government account, without any correspondence in this regard. Requests for memorandum of marks, details or category wise cutoff etc., will not be entertained until the recruitment process is finalized.

Invalidation of OMR Answer Sheet: – In case of Off-line examination, if any candidate fails to Mark or Wrongly bubble the Booklet Series, Roll Number etc., in the OMR Answer Sheet, the Commission reserves the right to invalidate such Answer Sheets as Answer Sheets are valued by Optical Mark Scanner. No request for reconsideration of such rejected/invalidated cases will be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever.

Assistant Registrar:
