According to the Tamil Nadu Civil Service Selection Board, 6000 eligible candidates are currently being selected through Group 2 and Group 2A examinations. It has been reported that the report for the Group 2 and Group 2A exams will be released tomorrow. This announcement has brought some relief to those preparing for the TNPSC exam.
The Government of Tamil Nadu is recruiting the required staff for various departments through the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). The Tamil Nadu Civil Service Selection Board conducts various competitions and interviews to find talented employees. In this context, TNPSC President Balachandran was released the examination schedule for 2022 on December 2021. He also mentioned that he has decided to conduct 32 department’s exams by 2022. He said the exams would be held 75 days after the announcement of the exams and a total of 32 types of exams would be held.

“Group 2, Group 4 and Group 2A will not be held for the last 2 years due to corona damage, while Group 2 will be held in February 2022 and Group 4 in March” he added.
Group 2 & 2A selects various positions including Industrial Co-operative Officer, Probation Officer, Junior Employment Officer, Assistant Inspector of Labor, Sub Registrar, Grade-II, Assistant Section Officer, Supervisor of Industrial Co-operatives, Audit Inspector. Age limit to apply for this exam should be between 18 to 40 years. Educational Qualification Must have completed any degree in a government recognized university or college. Group 2 selections will be based on first choice, primary selection and interview.
