TNFUSRC Forest Guard Selection Process 2020:
Based on the Online Examination, the eligible (successful) candidates will be called for appearing in Certificate Verification, Physical Standards Verification and Endurance Test in 1:3 ratios for final Selection.
The selection for appointment to the above said post is purely provisional subject to final Orders on pending Writ Petitions, if any, filed at Madras High Court and Madurai Bench of Madras High court.

TNFUSRC Forest Guard 2020 Solved Papers:
The qualifying marks of 35% for General/ESM and 33% for SC/ST/OBC does not mean that all candidates who have scored 35% & 33% as the case may be will be called for next stage. The TNFUSRC Forest Guard candidates for next stage will be called purely on the basis of their performance/marks scored in written examination and cut off marks (category wise) which will be fixed after completion of written examination. - The written examination will be conducted both in English / Tamil.

Answer Sheet
The TNFUSRC Forest Guard Candidate should hand over the OMR Answer Sheet personally to the Invigilator on duty before he/she leaves the Examination Hall. No candidate shall be allowed to go to Toilet / Urinal during the last 30 minutes of Examination. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall 20 minutes after commencement of the examination. The candidate will be admitted to take the examination at the Centre specified in the Admission Certificate only and at no other Centre.

Endurance Test
Applicant will be required to undergo a Physical test consisting of a walk over 25 km and 16 km to be completed in four hours by male and female / third gender candidates respectively who will be conducted by the TNFUSRC. Candidate must satisfy a Medical Board in Chennai regarding his/her physical fitness and capacity for rough outdoor work in the Tamil Nadu Forest Department.
Certificate of Physical Standards
A certificate containing the following particulars should be obtained from a Medical Officer, above the rank of an Assistant Surgeon appointed by the Government to Government Medical Institution on or after the date of Notification 06-10-2018 and should submit the documents when called for by the TNFUSRC.

Certificate Verification
In the TNFUSRC Forest Guard examination hall, the call letter along with the candidate’s currently valid photo identity, in original, such as PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter’s Card with photograph/Photo identity proof issued on original letter head by a Gazzetted Officer/People’s Representative or Identity Card issued by a recognized college/ University (valid in current year)/Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID, should be submitted to the invigilator for verification.
Note: The TNFUSRC Forest Guard candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
