TN Govt in Collaboration with HCL for One-Year Training Program || Placement for +2 Students!! The Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that it will conduct a training program for school students for employment in association with India’s leading Tech company HCL. Accordingly, this one-year training program run by the Government of Tamil Nadu in collaboration with HCL aims to employ students who have completed the 12th standard.

In the order issued in this regard, under the Tamil Nadu Government’s ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ scheme, HCL is providing ‘Early Career Program’ training to 2,000 government school students. The entire fee for this will be borne by the government. During this internship, students can get a stipend of Rs.10,000 from the 7th month onwards. After completing the training, the students who join the job will get a salary of Rs.1 lakh to Rs.2.20 lakh per annum. Also, students will be allowed to pursue higher education while working at HCL.
The selection camp for this program is going to be held from October 28 to 30 in Chennai, Madurai, Nellai, Trichy, and Erode. Students who have completed 12th standard with 60% marks in the last academic year 2021-22 can apply for this one-year training program. Candidates who have these qualifications can submit their applications at registrations.hcltechbee.com. Under this program, Software Developers, Analysts, Design Engineers, Data Engineers, Support and Process Associate, Service Desk, and DPO are given training.
