“Tamil is Compulsory Subject” for All TN Engineering 1st & 2nd Year Students: According to Higher Education Minister K. Ponmudy, Tamil language is a mandatory subject in Tamil Nadu for all first- and second-year engineering students in TN Government and Private Engineering Colleges. It will be put into practise in the upcoming years.
The notification for TNEA 2022 was previously released by the Tamil Nadu government. The Board will now conduct the TNEA 2022 counselling. In the first four rounds of the counselling process, which was run by Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions, more than 80,000 students received seat assignments. There is one week left for the more than 36,000 students who received allotments on Thursday to enrol in their colleges.
