TMB Bank Company Secretary Eligibility Criteria 2021
- For the appointment of Practicing Company Secretary candidates should have 10 years of post qualification experience as the proprietor or the partner of a firm
- The firm or proprietor should have conducted secretarial audit and should released secretarial audit report. On that report the company should have turnover of at least Rs.500 crores during the earlier financial years.
- The eligibility qualification certificate should obtained before 31st March, 2021
- The candidates can conduct Secretarial Audit as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013
