This is the Only Way to Get Women Employees Back to Work. Worldwide women employees are mostly concern about the flexibility of the working area at their career. A survey was taken regard this matter recently. As per the survey the women workers are ready to give up their job for the flexibility in the work, whether their company head withdraw the remote working facility the women workers are willing to quit their jobs.
In that survey over 90 percentages of the women employers said that, they either wants to work in hybrid mode or complete work from home. By said this statement they confirm that the women workers does not practice work at the office culture. This survey is taken by recruitment and staffing services firm CIEL HR Services. The company has 700 women employees who are all appointed at the time of Covid-19 pandemic situation by accepting to work at the remote culture.

The Chief Executive of the company report that, if the company urge their women employees to come to office for work 60 percent of them will decide to quit their jobs. But 8 percent of the women respondents to that survey convey their thought of come to office for work every day in the week days. Still most of the top IT companies follow the hybrid working mode or WFH model.
