Tech Giant Is Being Roasted By Internal Meme – Due To Stricter Hybrid Work Week Model: The Tech giant, Google has recently updated its work policy by stating that employees have to compulsorily come to the office for 3 days a week. As of now, the employees are allowed to continue WHF; this recent update in work policy has disappointed many employees.
The company also states that it will track the attendance of the employees through badge tracking and also re-evaluate the status of the work-from-home employees. The employees who fail to follow these new work policies will have an impact on performance reviews said Google.

According to the report, upon the announcement of the strict rules, the staffs are expressing their opposition through Memes at the internal site. Google employees are considered that they are treating like school children and many memes regarding this has been shared. The work policy was announced by Chief People Officer Fiona Clare Cicconi, so employees are condemning her with innovative memes.
