While TCS and Infosys is following a new trend namely hybrid work model, means Location-flexible arrangement, allowing employees to combine onsite and offsite work as they and their employers see fit. While Infosys plans to call the majority of its employees to offices in the next 3-4 months, TCS has brought a remote working policy that constitutes work from the base location even when you have opted for WFH.
