- The position requires the Tech Architect to act as Single Point Accountability for the Technology choices made by

- Ownership of architectural decisions of system changes and enhancements to enterprise systems
- To jointly own the key attributes of enterprise systems – performance, scalability, flexibility, security and cost of ownership, along with the Infrastructure team.
- To create and maintain technology road map for organization. To provide directional input to CIO on technology decisions on key initiatives. To own and manage Tech Debt of Tata Motors IT Systems.
- Core expertise in the specific area of Technology.
- Deep understanding of long term technology requirements of a particular business process. Excellent Leadership Skills and excellent articulation and communication (No tolerance here). Customer centric thought process and innovative mindset.
- Managing the Fire Services of the plant.
- To ensure customer satisfaction from the services provided by dealerships/TASS, providing regular feedback to manufacturing teams on products and improving the quality, service delivery and profitability at the dealerships/TASS as per prescribed targets and guidelines, within the framework of company policies and timelines.
- The position requires the Project Manger to act as Single Point Accountability for the delivery of the project to business, assuring quality and timeliness. The position also requires, Ownership of architectural decisions of system changes and enhancements to enterprise systems.
- A technically sound person for a leading automobile company’s IT function with immense experience in reading, writing, analyzing and evaluating – IT contracts from commercial, cost aspect while Procuring IT Services, Hardware, Software in legacy as well as emerging IT technologies like – ERP/ CRM/ Digital/ IoT/ Cloud/ Interface/ Mobility/ IT Infra & Security/ Analytics/ Data Storage/ Artificial Intelligence/ Telematics / GIS/ ASP/ API/ ESB/ UI-UX/ etc.
Educational Qualification for Manager:
Candidates must have to complete UG/ PG/ MBA/ MCA/ B.E/ B.Tech/Ph.D if any.
