For Normal Appointment: Candidates must have completed Graduate in any discipline. Candidates having professional qualifications of CA/MBA/JAIIB/CAIIB shall be preferred with Minimum 20 years in banking service of which last 2 years should be in the senior executive rank equivalent to Scale V and above in PSB or scheduled commercial/co-operative banks in India.

For Contract Appointment: (for retired bank officials only): Graduate in any discipline. Candidates having professional qualifications of CA/MBA/JAIIB/CAIIB shall be preferred with Minimum 25 years in banking service of which last 2 years of service should be in the senior executive rank equivalent to Scale V and above in PSB or scheduled commercial/cooperative banks in India.

General Manager – Pay of the officer under normal appointment to be placed at Level 20 Cell 3 under Pay matrix of the bank. Approximate gross salary at current rate exclusive of conveyance allowance shall be about Rs.1, 35,000/- per month.

Asst. General Manager – Pay of the officer under normal appointment to be placed at Level 19 Cell 3 under Pay matrix of the bank. Approximate gross salary at current rate inclusive of conveyance allowance shall be about Rs.1, 28,000/- per month.
