SSC Released Important Notice 2021 Regarding Malpractices In Examinations- Check Details: Staff Selection Commission is an organization under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments. So, it conducts recruitment examination regularly. There are huge number of candidates has been participating in the exams. At the same time some Malpractices also recorded in some areas. So, it is import to know about the Malpractice to get aware.

Malpractices:
SSC has released a notice titled as “Malpractices in examinations conducted by the Commission” This notice will make awareness on Malpractice and what will be the consequences. The notice states that, what are mentioned as malpractice/ Misconduct. As per the notice,
- Disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission & storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part” will be misconduct.
- Taking away the rough papers supplied in the exam centre or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content will be considered as serious misconduct.
Consequences:
- The candidates who are in malpractice will be debarred/ disqualified from exam.
- Legal action would be taken against such candidates as per rules & such matters would be reported to police, if necessary.
- If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of exam or creating disturbances at the exam venue, his/her candidature shall be summarily cancelled.
