According to the official announcement, candidates should be Regular SSE/DSL-Mechanical working with Level 7 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, and staff working as SSE/DSL (Mechanical/Electrical) in identical scale Level-7 are only eligible to apply for Chief Training Instructors post. For Senior Training Instructors, candidates should be Regular JE/DSL-Mechanical working with Level 6 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix and staff working as JE/DSL (Mechanical) in identical scale Level-6 are only eligible to volunteer to the post of STI/Mech.
