Schools Reopen for Class 1 to 5 Students on October 13, 2022!! Highlights for School Students.The Principal Education Officer, District Education Officer, and Regional Education Officers are given the instructions below regarding the leave that will be awarded following the end-of-quarter exam. The first term break from October 1 to October 5, 2022, which follows the completion of the quarterly examination on September 30, 2022, has already been declared.
According to the proposal of teachers unions and teachers to provide compensatory leave in lieu of pre-primary teachers of numeracy and literacy who are granted the summer off, the three days of October 6, October 7, and October 8, 2022 will be deemed compensatory leave. (The 2 additional days will be paid later.)
For grades 6 through 12, under the supervision of school education and primary education, schools will reopen on October 10.As mentioned in the letter from the Director of the State Educational Research and Training Institute (No. No. 2411/E2/2021 dated 26.09.2022), second phase training for counting and writing will be conducted on October 10, 11, and 12. It is recommended that only students in grades 1 through 5 attend school on October 13.
Highlights:
- classes I through V are out of session until October 12th.
- Additionally, it has been announced that students in grades 6 through 12 will begin classes on October 10.
- The pupils’ quarterly break has been formally notified by the Department of School Education.
