SC Made an Enrolment Limit For Law Graduates In Bar Council: The Supreme Court of India made a verdict on Friday to limit the enrolment amount for law graduates in Bar Council. According to SC, the enrolment limit is Rs. 600, bar council should not charge more than the mentioned amount.
This case was inquired by Chief Justice of India Mr. Chandrachud & Justice PS Narasimha and issued the notice to all state bar councils to follow the above-mentioned rules. This will be helpful for law graduates with a limited family income.
On April 10, this case was first heard, and came to know that the Kerala and Odisha bar council charged Rs. 20,050 and Rs. 41,100 for graduate enrolment. So the SC issued notice to follow the rules. This will be helpful for law students across India to pay the minimum required amount for their enrolment as an advocate in the bar council.
