- The numbers of vacancies including reserved vacancies mentioned above are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank. The applicant should either be a retired or serving officer not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or equivalent of any Scheduled Commercial Bank / Financial sector regulatory body, other than State Bank of India or e-ABs.
- The applicant should not have worked / be working in any capacity in State Bank of India or e-ABs.-The applicant, if not a serving officer, should have superannuated or have taken voluntary retirement at not less than the rank of Deputy General Manager of Scheduled Commercial Bank other than SBI or e-ABs.
- Candidates must have completed Full time MBA (Marketing) /PGDM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing from Institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC. Minimum marks – 60% Courses completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.

- Applicants do not exceeding Minimum Age Limit of 25 years to Maximum Age Limit of 65 years as on 01.12.2021. Maximum age indicated is for General category candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit will be available to reserved category candidates as per Government of India Guidelines.
- The selection will be based on short listing and interview. Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview.
- The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the short listing parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
