IndiGo Airlines Announced Salary Hike for Pilots & Cabin Crews: India’s largest domestic airline IndiGo is set to hike the salaries of its pilots and cabin crew. The hike comes months after the airline announced a 3 percent salary bonus for its employees after the airline posted a profit in the January-March quarter. To know more details read below.
After Q1 2023-24, the airlines reached the highest record net profit of Rs.3, 090 crores. The airline has started a performance review for around 4, 500 flight attendants and the new salaries will be effective from October 1.
In an email to staff on August 2, IndiGo’s senior vice president of flight operations said that the company is working with its HR team to raise the salaries of flight crews, reflecting the airline’s financial recovery.
