Sports Authority of India Vacancy 2021:
- The total vacancy are 220, out of 220 vacancies 90(Unreserved), 33 (Scheduled Caste), 59 (Other Backward Classes), 22 (Economically Weaker Section) and 16 (Scheduled Tribes).
- Number of vacancies is indicative and SAI is at liberty to appoint Coaches based on workload.
Sports Authority of India Eligibility:
Candidates shall be passed Diploma in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognised Indian/ Foreign University OR Olympic/International Participation OR Dronacharya Awardee.
SAI Age Limit:
- Candidates do not exceeding Maximum age limit of 40 years as on last date of submission on application.
- Relaxation in Age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman shall be as per DoPT OM No. 15012/2/2010- Estt(D) dated 27.03.2012.
SAI Assistant Coach Salary:

- Total consolidated remuneration to be fixed after taking into account experience, certification and Dronacharya Award.
- Remuneration will be fixed after adding the number of increments accordingly.
Sports Authority of India Selection Procedure:
- Selection will be based on interview including oral test for discipline specific knowledge.
- In case, numbers of candidates are more than five times of the vacancies, short-listing of candidates for interview shall be carried out on the basis of approved criteria.
- The list of eligible shortlisted candidates for interview along with date(s) and place of interview will be informed individually or posted on SAI website.
