- Candidates should be holding posts in analogous grade (CDA / IDA) or posts in Level-14(CDA) & having 25 years of service in Group ‘A’ or posts in IDA E-8 (Rs. 120000-280000/-) for four years
- Candidates must have 10 years of experience in rolling stock production, maintenance & operation and 5 years of experience in overhead electrification construction/maintenance work
