Railway Recruitment 2023 Age Limit:
The upper age limit will be 42 years for UR candidates, 45 years for OBC candidates and 47 years for SC/ST candidates. The age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2024.

Eastern Railway Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from recognized institution of NCVT /SCVT in the trade of Electrician/ Electronics Mechanic/ Wireman/ Electrical Fitter.
- Applicants shall pass Graduation Degree from Recognized University and Three years diploma in (A) Mechanical/Electrical /Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics / Industrial.
RRC ALP Salary per Month:
Salary Offered for the above mentioned post is Pay Level (7th CPC Pay Matrix).
RRB ALP Recruitment 2023 Process:
The recruitment process shall comprise of a Computer Based Test (CBT) OR written examination followed by Computer Based Aptitude Test (only for ALP), Document Verification and Medical Examination.

- Click on the “New Registration”
- Fill up the basic details i.e., Name, Sex(Male/Female/Transgender), Community, DOB, Employee ID,HRMS ID, Mobile No., Email ID
- Candidate, etc., and will get Registration Number and a message of the same will also be sent on registered mobile no and email id.
- Fill up the Personal details.
- Fill up the Employment details
- Fill up the Educational Qualification details.
- Upload the required documents
- Fill up the preferences for Three exam groups (ALP/Technician, JEs, Train Manager)
- Fill up the preference for different categories within each exam group
- Fill up the stream in which Part 2 of the CBT is to be opted by the candidate (In case of Exam Group 1 – ALP/Technicians, Exam Group 2 – JEs)
- Click “Save & Continue” for Preview & submission of application. Once application is submitted, no data can be changed.
- A printout of the filled up application duly forwarded by their controlling officer (minimum grade of officer should be Asst Scale) in hard copy.
