- To manage the resolution of customer issues, claims, disputes and litigation in order to minimize cost and risk to the company. To draft, negotiate and agree associated commercial settlements and/or contractual amendments as necessary
- To identify and assess potential contract risks/liabilities and to propose and negotiate amendments to manage, minimize or mitigate such risks/liabilities whilst achieving expected financial returns.
