- Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining customer focus.
- Highly motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
- Sound Commercial judgment and business acumen.
- Proficient in all aspects of administration.
- Ability to priorities workloads to meet demanding deadlines.
Commercial Manager Skills Required
- Candidates have to be the Commercial lead for allocated customer accounts and to provide an efficient and timely Commercial Account Management service for such accounts, including management of contracted commitments, invoicing, issuing credits, TotalCare escalation and reconciliations, offer letters, contract interpretation and amendments to contracts;
- Commercial manager have to manage the resolution of customer issues, claims, disputes and litigation in order to minimise cost and risk to the company. To draft, negotiate and agree associated commercial settlements and/or contractual amendments as necessary;
- to identify and assess potential contract risks/liabilities and to propose and negotiate amendments to manage, minimise or mitigate such risks/liabilities whilst achieving expected financial returns;
- to manage profit, cash and debt relating to specific contracts to ensure that financial targets are achieved and to provide timely and accurate inputs into the financial forecasting process;
