• The candidates should Engineering from Electrical/Electronics/ E&TC/ Instrumentation or equivalents from recognized University or Institution.
• The Applicants must Having 6-10 years of experience, the Bid Support Engineer is to lead the creation of costed sales proposals for submission through the company’s gate process ensuring on time delivery to the customer.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist the Sales Managers with the initial Bid/No Bid analysis of incoming inquiries.
• Load new opportunities into the company’s CRM system and work with the Sales Managers to update and maintain the opportunity pipeline. Create compliance matrices based on the customer’s initial inquiry.
• To populate each matrix, manage the virtual teams as needed.
• Prepare and review costed proposals, including cost sheets, commercial, and, if necessary, technical proposal documents, against compliance matrixes to ensure that the customer’s needs are addressed completely.
• Ascertain that all proposals go through the company’s gate process.
• Deliver proposals to the customer on schedule.
