Repco Home Finance Limited Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have completed Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in any discipline from recognized University.
- Applicant who completed B.Com will be preferred.
- Candidates must have fluency in English and Hindi.
- Preference will be given for experience in HFCs/ Banks/ FIs in Home Loan.
Executive Job Description
- Assist the branch in the day-to-day operations including the sourcing and processing of home loan applications, customer interaction and sanctions/ disbursements/ recovery/ House Keeping/ etc.
- Participation in external work like marketing of Company products, verification of customer KYC & other documents, coordination with panel advocates/ valuers, inspection of properties, visiting sub-registrar’s office, banks etc.
- Handle accounting and back end/data operations (cash entry, bank entry in the system), Documentation, Register Maintenance, etc. independently.
- Maintenance of the Branch-Administrative work.
Repco Home Finance Salary Structure
Selected candidates for the post of Executive will get paid for Rs. 21000 per month + Variable Performance Incentive & Perquisites as per extant policy of the Company. Trainee will get paid for Rs. 9500 per month.
Repco Home Finance Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on the performance in Interview. In Jaipur, Rajasthan interview will be conducted on 09.04.2022 and Candidates should register on 08.04.2022. In Ahmedabad, Gujarat interview is scheduled on 08.04.2022 and register should do on 07.04.2022. Interview venue is given in detailed notification.
