Education Qualification

Candidates should be qualified CA / CMA and regular full time degree in civil engineering from an institute / university duly approved / recognized by the AICTE / UGC or AMIE is Mandatory.

Required Experience

For AE (F&A) Post: Candidates should have Experience in Finance & Accounting of ledger Books, Establishment Accounts, Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts, Income & Expenditure Statements, State & Central Taxation including Income Tax.

For AE (Tech) Post: Candidates should have Experience in Design, Engineering, Planning, Monitoring, billing of civil construction activities. Knowledge of Layout, Civil Drawings, Bill of quantity (BOQ), Construction Standards, IS codes.

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to getting salary of Rs. 62,000/- per month from the respective board.

RECPDCL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

Shortlisted Candidates shall be called for Personal Interview to be conducted at Corporate Office, RECPDCL or Skype/Zoom Call as per prevailing situations across Country. RECPDCL may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more number of applicants meeting eligibility criteria. The offer of engagement shall be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based on the number of vacancies and will be subject to verification of antecedents.

RECPDCL Recruitment 2021 Required documents

The following documents shall be required in original for verification at the time of interview. If any of the following documents are not produced by the candidates at the time of interview for verification, then he or she will neither be allowed to appear for the interview nor any fare reimbursed to him/her. • Aadhar Card/ Class 10 Certificate / Valid Proof for Date of Birth.
• Category Certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) on Government prescribed format. OBC Certificate should be of dated on or after 01st Dec, 2019 and self-undertaking for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) status in the prescribed format, valid Physically Challenged certificate, Discharge certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen if applicable if applicable.
• Mark Sheets of all semesters/years in support of educational qualification.
• Degree Certificate Provisional or Original of Graduation and Post-Graduation.
• “No Objection Certificate” in case of employed in a Government Department / Undertaking / PSU/ Autonomous Body etc.
