The candidates should have completed Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics or Statistics or Economics or Data Science or Business Analytics or relevant field; graduate degree in quantitative field is preferred.
REBIT Careers 2022 Experience:
The applicants must have 2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibility:
- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
- Undertake Data wrangling and cleaning
- Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven industry experience as a Data Scientist
- Should have practical hands-on working experience in developing 2 to 4 projects in AI/ML/Analytics projects preferably in BFSI domain
- Hands on experience on major machine learning algorithms (such as Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, CNN, NLP)
- Deep knowledge in mathematics and statistics
- Hands-on experience in Python or R
- Operational experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras/ Tensorflow/ PyTorch/PyChamp/Kite) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Working knowledge of Matlab would be a plus
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
