RCIL Qualifications:
Asstt. Manager/Marketing (on contract): MBA with 5 years working experience in Govt./PSU (At least 2 years in Broadband and Internet services).
Asstt. Manager Technical (on Contract): B.E./B.Tech. with5 years working experience in Govt./PSU (At least 2 years in Broadband and Internet services).
RailTel Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:
Candidates should have Minimum 26 years and maximum 33 years&OBCs (non-creamy layer)-3 years, SC/STs- 5 years.
RailTel Job Salary:
Monthly remuneration Rs.30, 000-3%-1, 20,000. (IDA scale). In addition to Basic Pay, the selected candidates will be eligible for IDA (as applicable from time to time), HRA (at prescribed rates) and Perks and allowances @ 18% of Basic Pay. Statutory deductions on account of EPF (Employees’ Share), Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc., shall be made from the gross remuneration.

6 months from the date of joining RailTel. The period of probation shall be regulated as per extant rules / instructions issued from time to time.
Initially for three years, extendable on annual basis, based on work requirement and performance.
After empanelment, candidates will have to pass the requisite medical standards conducted by medical authority appointed by RailTel Corporation of India to ensure that candidates are medically fit to carry out duties connected with the post. Candidates who fail to meet the medical standards will not be allowed appointments
