The state government has decided to open primary schools in Punjab. It is also advisable to follow the corona prevention guidelines properly.
Schools Opening:
State governments have begun to gradually reopen schools as the incidence of the disease has eased slightly as all schools have been closed for the past 10 months due to the corona epidemic. The first schools for students from class 9 to 12 in Punjab started functioning on October 15 last year. On January 6, the state government ordered classes for students in grades 5 through 8 to begin.

But no announcements were made to open primary schools. Punjab Education Minister Vijay Inder Singala yesterday announced the opening of primary schools. In it, he announced, “Schools for grades 3 to 5 will open on Jan. 27. And schools for grades 1 and 2 will open on Feb. 1.”
All students coming to the school will be admitted only after obtaining a letter of permission from their parents. The government has ordered schools to shut down and fully adhere to preventive measures.
