Candidates should have scored 50% marks in 12th standard along with four year elementary education training. Graduation or Diploma in elementary education can also apply for Paper 1. Graduations along with B.Ed apply for Paper 2. The selection is based on Paper 1 & 2 examination conducted by the board. There is no age limit for Paper 1 & 2. The candidates can apply online soon for the examinations first check the eligibility and then apply for the posts.

Apply for the Punjab TET via online and pay the fee upload the documents asked. Exam Duration is 2 half hours and the language is Bilingual (English and Hindi). The examination is held once in a year and mode of exam is Conventional (pen and paper). Application Fee required is Un-reserved category: Rs 600 for each paper & Reserved category: Rs 300 for each paper.
