• The candidates should have a diploma in Editing from a recognized institution
• The candidates should have working experience as a Video Editor
• The candidates should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques and be able to visualize a directorial concept
• Candidates must be well versed with the software are velocity, adobe premiere pro cc, adobe after effects, adobe illustrator / Photoshop, final cut, and avid compositing software

The candidates should have the following responsibilities

• The candidates should maintain continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
• The candidates should assemble all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto video tape in preparation for inputting into the computer.
• The candidates should manipulate TV Programmes and video footage using modern editing techniques
• The candidates must be meeting with the Producer/Director to determine the production vision
• The candidates should re-ordering and fine-tune the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the TV Programme/video
