Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Essential Qualification:
Candidates should have possess Graduate from a recognised University OR Degree OR Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism with a duration of at least one year from a recognised University / Institution OR 5 year experience in reporting /editing work in print/electronic media ORB.Tech/M.Tech in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering, from a recognized University/Institution OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent, from a recognized University/Institution.
- Proficiency in Marathi language
- Knowledge of basic computer applications
- Must have Marathi typing skill
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT and related domain with at least 2 years as UI/UX and APP Development and experience of Team Lead.
Desirable Qualification:
Experience of journalistic work in Radio / TV (for Degree / Diploma holders in Journalism).Experience of journalistic work in Radio / TV
Nature of Duties:-
Preparation of news bulletins which involves editing of news and compilations.Translation from English to Marathi / Urdu and vice-versa and presenting the news bulletins and news-based programmes

Consolidated Remuneration:
Newsreader-cum-Translator (Marathi / Urdu), Casual News Editor / Reporter (Marathi):A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract. There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period. The remuneration of retired government employee at the time of their engagement/renewal of contract shall be regulated in concurrence with OM of Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance vide file no. 3- 25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020.
