PNB Clerical Cadre DV Instructions 2021 Details:

1. Address & Photo PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Pass book with Photograph/ Photo ID issued by Gazetted officer or People Representative (on official letterhead) / Recognised College or University ID Card/ Aadhar Card with a photograph/ Employee ID are all acceptable forms of identification.
2. Candidates who have changed their names must present an original Gazette Notification, original marriage certificate, or original affidavit in order to be considered. Candidates who fall under the OBC category but are from the creamy layer or whose caste does not appear on the Central List are not eligible for OBC reservation.
3. Admission to the examination and following steps for a candidate is severely conditional. The fact that the applicant has received his or her call letter(s)/provisional allotment does not mean that his or her candidature has been approved by the Bank.
4. If it is discovered at any stage of the procedure that a candidate does not meet the eligibility standards and/or has given any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has hidden any material fact, the Bank is free to reject any application and/or cancel the candidate’s candidature (s).
5. A candidate should ensure that his or her signatures are same in all areas where they appear, such as on his or her call letter, attendance sheet, and any correspondence with the IBPS/Bank, and that there are no variations of any type.
6. Candidates are not allowed to send documents directly to the Bank earlier or beyond the deadline for submission of documents. Please keep in mind that the dates set for document submission are merely for the purpose of document gathering and verification. The final dates for completing the joining formalities and receiving induction will be announced at a later date.
