Over 4 Lakh Jobs Provided By Govt!!! “Mission Recruitment” Is In Positive Path: The government of India has made an initiative to improve the employment rate of the country’s youths in the forthcoming years. Under this aim, one of the notable schemes is Rozgar Mela, which was introduced by PM Modi in 2022. The main aim of the scheme is to provide over 10 Lakh jobs in the next general elections.
According to the report, as of now over 4 lakh candidates have been hired in various departments across the country. In that hiring, about one-sixth of the candidates were women. This shows the positive path of mission recruitment. Many sectors have provided job opportunities to the youth in various departments of each state.

According to the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pension’s report, 84% were male and 16% were female with a count of 3,61,763 and 68,783 respectively. The Rozgar Mela was first started in October 2022 and so far now six Rozgar Mela events were held.
The railway department has bagged 1st place by providing most of the jobs with a count of 1,38,986 followed by the Department of Post and home ministry. This initiative has been doing well and provides hands to many youths across the country.
