- Candidate’s age should not exceed maximum age limit of 45 years as on 01.06.2021 to apply for this recruitment. Applicant should have completed Dairy Technology or Food Technology from a recognized Institute or University. Candidates who completed Full time MBA in Business management or Production or Operation Management will be preferred for this post. - Applicant should have minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Milk Union or a milk producer company. Out of these 10 years candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in handling a medium size Automated Dairy Processing Unit (SCADA/ PLC Controlled). Salary for the post of Dy. General manager will be given based on candidate’s eligibility and qualification.
- Based on candidate’s profile, work experience and eligibility applicants are shortlisted for Personal Interview. Based on the performance on personal Interview candidate will be appointed for this post. Initially the candidate will be appointed for the period of 3 years.
