- Candidates should have retired from the oil sector PSU at a level of Board of Directors having a minimum of 30 years of experience as a geoscientist in energy sector including experience in strategy formulation and preparation of business plans in Critical Mineral.
- Candidates should have previous experience in dealing with critical mineral exploration and exploitation especially in the area of formulating business plan, systems, etc
