Odisha State Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash has said that the Government had planned to provide free exam guides to students writing the Class 12 Board Examination in the state.
All schools have been closed since last March due to corona infection. Schools are now gradually reopening as the exam period for student’s approaches and the incidence is declining. In this context, schools with 10th and 12th class students in the state of Orissa were reopened on January 8 with appropriate immunization measures.
The Odisha State Government plans to hold Board Examinations for Classes 10 and 12 on May 3. School Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash told reporters, “The Chief Minister of Odisha has asked the ministers to take steps to reduce the stress of students caused by the corona outbreak.
At present, the government has decided to provide a free examination guide called “Pariksha Durban” which contains all 700 pages of questions and answers to help students writing more Board Exams. This will benefit 6.50 lakh students, “he said.
