OCPL Recruitment:
The Odisha Coal and Power Limited (OCPL) have released a Job Advertisement for Hiring 2 Addl. General Manager (HR) and Company Secretary cum Manager (Legal) on Contractual Basis of 1 year (Maybe Extended)
OCPL Job Qualification:
- The candidates applying for the Post of Addl. General Manager (HR) must have Completed 2 years fulltime Post Graduate in IR&PM/ PM&IR/ HRM or MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized Institute/University
- The candidates with 19 years of Work Experience in Central / State PSU or leading private organizations in HR department are required for the post.
- The candidates applying for the Post of Company Secretary cum Manager (Legal) must be a Fellow/Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and have a degree in Law ) with more than 10 (Ten) years post qualification work experience
OCPL Job Age Limit:
The candidates applying for the job must not exceed the Age Limit of 21 to 50 years as on the Date of 19-05-2022 – May vary as per the post Preferred by the Candidates.
OCPL Job Selection Process:
The candidates applied for the job will be selected based on the Interview conducted by the board. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview. The board reserves the right to cancel/modify the interview process at any time.
OCPL Job Salary:
The candidates selected for the post will be given the Salary of Rs.1, 23,100/- to Rs. 2, 15,900/- per month for the Post of Addl. General Manager (HR) and the Salary of Rs.73, 300/- to Rs.2, 06,100/- per month for the Post of Company Secretary cum Manager (Legal).
