NYKS Careers 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate minimum age limit should be 35 years as on 01.01.2021. Candidate must fulfil the age limit criteria, If failed then they would be eliminated directly by the respective board.

Education Qualification

Candidate should have Graduate degree in any discipline from recognized university. – Good command over English & Hindi is preferred to apply for NYKS Recruitment 2021.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 yrs working experience on education and awareness generation programmes on cleanliness drive, water bodies, prevention of pollution of Water bodies (Preferably in River Ganga) & sanitation, Swachh Bharat Mission, Environment enrichment, Youth Mobilization, motivating people for construction of toilets in their homes & behaviour change communication etc.
• Good Working knowledge of MS office & internet.
• Strong management, liaison, documentation & communication skills

NYKS Careers 2021 Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 33,000/- per month from the respective board. For other details about the salary candidates are advised to refer the official notification thoroughly.

• Eligible Candidate (after screening the applications) will be called for Personal Interview. Preference will be given to local candidates with good/excellent academic record & experience in relevant field.

NYKS Recruitment 2021 Roles and Responsibilities

1. Planning, management & supporting the implementation of the project in the respective district of West Bengal.
2. Maintaining & collating data of mapping & survey of selected villages of selected Gram Panchayats in respective district of West Bengal.
3. Acting as resource person in the training of spearhead team wherever required.
4. Thoroughly understanding the concept, objectives, strategy, programmes & activities of the project.
5. Organising programmes and activities with consultation and guidance of concerned Officer of NYK, District Office of West Bengal.
6. Recording day to day problem and queries of the district functionaries and providing solutions in consultation with District Youth Officer of the concerned district.
7. Formation of Youth Clubs & Ganga Doots in Ganga Grams under the project.
8. Preparing reporting format and collecting data on programme and activities under the project in the district.
9. Collating the data on programmes & activities under the project in the district.
10. Maintaining records of all programmes and activities of the district under the project.
11. Planning & arrangements of programmes & activities & keeping record for presentation in the district.
12. Whenever required, liaise with NYKS State Office, Kolkata, West Bengal, DYOs and Youth Clubs etc.
