A Recruitment Notice is enclosed herewith inviting applications for induction of 10 (ten) Head Security Assistant in Level – 4 of the Pay Matrix in National Technical Research Organization on Deputation basis. The applications duly filled by willing and eligible officials in prescribed proforma with Certification by the Head of office/Employer thereon may be forwarded through proper channel along with the statement mentioning the overall grading of APARs of the application for the last 05 years so as to reach on the following address: Deputy Director (R & P) National Technical Research Organization Block-3, Old JNU Campus (Room No.204) New Delhi. 110007. The last date for receipt of application is 21 days i.e., 10 April 2020 from the date of issue of this recruitment notice,

Overall Requirement of Consultant Level-1, 2, and 3 (Android Security Researcher, IPOS Security Researcher, Windows Security Researcher, Linux Security Researcher, Network Security Researcher and Malware Researcher) have to be filled purely on contract basis for at least one year, for posting at New Delhi. There are 20 vacancies. Hard copy of the duly filled application Performa along with two passport photographs and other relevant enclosures shall be sent by post, so as to reach the following address by 31 March 2020.

The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Level- 1 – 22 years to 35 years
Level- 2 – 21 years to 31 years
Level- 3- 21 years to 25 years

NTRO Consultant Education Qualification 2020:

Head Security Assistant:

Holding analogous post on regular basis on the parent cadre or department, or with five years of regular service in level-3 of the pay Matrix; or with eight years of regular service in level-2 of the pay Matrix; and 3 years of experience in security/general duties matters,

Consultant:

Level – 1 First Class M.E/ M.Tech/ M.S in Computer Science/ Information/ Technology/ Cyber Security/ Information Security or Equivalent

Level – 2 First Class B.E/ B.Tech/ in Computer Science/ Information/ Technology/ Cyber Security/ Information Security or Equivalent

Level – 3 First Class B.E/ M.Tech/ in Computer Science/ Information/ Technology/ Cyber Security/ Information Security or Equivalent

How to apply for NTRO Consultant Recruitment 2020:

The application Performa shall be available as separate downloadable file to the applicants on NTRO official website “https://ntro.gov.in” along with this advertisement.
Interested eligible candidates have to download the Performa Annexure ‘A’ from the website and fill it in the soft copy mode. The application has to be filled up and forwarded as per instructions given below (instructions available at “Information” tab of the application Performa):
All mandatory fields shall be filled by the candidate before forwarding to the employer.
Save Draft button option is available at the bottom of the application form, to save draft version of the partially filled form (this is a draft result only and cannot be considered as valid application).
Draft / partially filled form data can be loaded by using Open Draft Browse button, available at the top of the application form.
All fields shall be filled as per data validation instructions provided by application, in the form of popup.
Values for “Vacancy Code”, “Educational Qualification” and “Certification” shall be chosen from the available drop down list. For user defined input, “other” value shall be chosen to fill the details (wherever applicable).
Latest Gross Salary (in INR) for monthly basis may be calculated and provided in the required field.
Once all required fields have been filled by the applicant, JSON file has to be prepared by using Generate JSON button option available at the bottom of the application. This result in JSON (without making any manual changes) has to be mailed to “[email protected]. (Note: no additional attachment shall be sent to the mail-id).
Mail subject shall contain Mobile No VACANCY_CODE of the applicant. For example, candidate with Mobile No 9898989898 and vacancy code L1WI shall use subject “9898989898 L1WI”. Same user sending application for multiple vacancy code like L1WI and L1NE may use subject “9898989898 L1WI L1NE”.
Further, PDF file can be generated by using Generate PDF button option available at the bottom of the application. The PDF result can be used for printing hard copy of the user application, which shall be forwarded by post as mentioned in the advertisement with supporting documents.
Application generated result by using “Generate JSON” button of Annexure ‘A’ in JSON form shall be sent (without making any manual changes) to official mail-id [email protected] from the applicant’s
valid e-mail id latest by 27 March 2020 (Note: No additional attachment shall be sent to the email-id).
Hard copy of the duly filled application performa alongwith two passport photographs and other relevant enclosures shall be sent by post, so as to reach the following address by 31 March 2020.
