The National Board Of Examinations will Usually Conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) Exam Every Year. This Entrance Exam will be Held to Provide Admission in various Postgraduate Master Degree & Diploma Courses in Medicine. Now the NEET PG is all set to be Replaced with the NEXT Exam. The NEXT Exam will be a Single Window Exam for qualifying final-year MBBS exam & PG Admission.

The NMC organized a High Level Meeting to Discuss the Rolling Out of NEXT Exam. The NEXT Exam Act came into force in September 2020. But not Yet Implemented. The Board has now managed to Introduce the NEXT Exam from 2023. The Next Year would be the Last Year for NEET PG.
