NIAB Careers 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidate age limit for Scientist post is 58 years, for Senior Manager post is 56 years and for Veterinary age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) falling under the following categories: UR-10 years, OBC-13 years, SC/ST-15 years. For ex-servicemen upto the extent of service rendered in defence forces (Army, Navy & Air Force) plus 3 years.
Education Qualification
For Scientist: Candidate should have Ph.D in Veterinary Sciences/Animal Sciences/Modern Biology/Life Sciences equivalent from a recognised university with a strong track record of research and 10 years of R&D experience in any one of the NIAB Thrust areas.
For Senior Manager: Candidate should have Post Graduate in HRD/Personnel Management/Accounts or MBA (Finance/HR) from a recognised Institute /University with 8 years of experience in Administration/ Establishment/Finance/Accounts/Stores and Purchase in a Govt./ Autonomous / Private Organisation of repute is mandatory to apply.
For Veterinary: Candidate should have Masters in Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc) with 3 years of experience of field and farm level handling of farm animals and experimentation with animals in a Government / Reputed farm / research organisation is needed.
